Regarding molds:
The No.2 mold is suitable for products with multiple specifications, frequent mold replacement, and small quantities. After injection molding, the template can be directly removed to obtain the molded product. The template structure is simple (low production cost, no need for mold companies to produce), and can be replaced with templates of other specifications to complete the process. The No.1 mold is an integrated automatic ejection structure, and replacing the mold requires disassembling the whole. It is suitable for products with fewer specifications and a larger quantity. After completing the injection molding automatic ejection of the finished product, the molded product can be obtained.
